Terms of Service

BOOKING POLICY

Clients are expected to reserve a date and time at least 2 weeks ahead of session.

Clients are allowed to cancel session at least 48 hours beforehand (10% deposit will be refunded).

If client cancels session within the 48-hour period, the 10% deposit will not be refunded.

If client shows up after agreed session time, a 10 minute grace period will be allotted.

If client fails to show up after grace period, the session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be returned.

STUDIO & LOCATION POLICY

An $75 FEE will apply to all studio sessions (unless if client decides to pick a studio of their choice).

All studio sessions will be conducted at SHARP STUDIOS DMV (sharpstudiosdmv.com) or LED STUDIOS (ledstudiosdmv.com), both located in Alexandria, VA.

If client wishes to shoot at studio of their choice, they are responsible for cost and scheduling of said studio ($75 fee will not apply).

Client must provide the address, as well as any pertaining policies, of studio or location of their choice at least a week in advance the session.

FEES

Client will pay 10% of the service cost as a deposit to confirm scheduling.

Clients can pay a 10% rush fee if they wish to have edits sent 2 Days before turnaround time.

A travel fee will be allotted if the client’s location is more than 20 miles away ($1/mile after 20 miles).

CREATIVE VIDEO POLICY

Clients can schedule a call to discuss briefly their goals and vision for their video.

In 5-7 business days, client will receive a creative brief outlining the strategy, timeline, visuals, and production cost of their video.

Clients will then look over and express any changes they would like to make to the creative brief.

After clients approve of finalized brief, the video will begin development leading up to production.

Clients will receive an edited rough cut of the video, and will provide any feedback or change requests until the final video meets client's desired outcome.

TURNAROUND TIME

3-5 Business Days for Event Photo Gallery.

5-7 Business Days for Photo Portrait Session Edits.

7-10 Business Days for Group Session Edits.

10-15 Business Days for All Final Video Edits.

ACTS OF GOD

If a personal conflict requires myself to cancel within the 48-hours period leading up to session, the client is allowed reschedule within a month.

If I arrive late to our session, a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost.

If the weather is bad on the day of the session, the client is allowed to reschedule within the next 30 days.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Clients can bring their own props.

Clients can send a mood board of up to 5 pictures at least a week in advance the session (portrait and group sessions only).

Clients can bring their own speakers (portrait and group sessions only).

Clients are allowed to bring no more than one guest (portrait sessions only).
